RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping

For returns due to change of mind or exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • with all tags attached and original packaging

Returns showing signs of wear, use, or damage may be refused.

Damages & issues

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@luma-belle.com:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is due to an error on our part (incorrect item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit), we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Exchanges

Want a different item? Email info@luma-belle.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

Our team will process your exchange and send you the new item once approved. Please note that shipping costs for your replacement item are your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive your return parcel, we'll complete the inspection within 7 business days and process your refund within that timeframe.

After the refund is issued, it typically takes 7–14 business days for the funds to appear on your statement (depending on your bank/card provider). Please note that processing times can vary.
