Article 20 – Returns and Refunds
We maintain a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@luma-belle.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it, provided your tracking status has not yet changed to "package shipped." To cancel, email info@luma-belle.com.
